Holler on the Hill 2020 Postponed

Holler Fam,

Holler on the Hill 2020 has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are just as disappointed as you are. After last year’s festival, we started working on the 2020 lineup immediately. By February, we were done and started planning to announce our biggest lineup to date. About a week before we were set to announce the 2020 lineup, the touring industry fell apart amidst the national health crisis.

We waited and held out hope. In the end, we were forced to make the tough decision to postpone this year’s event. With virtually every tour canceled and uncertainty around public gathering limitations, we felt it was in the best interest of the artists and fans to postpone for a year.

We are grateful for your support of our fans as well as the Garfield Park neighborhood. We are uncertain what the future holds, but we intend to continue working towards resurfacing in 2021.

We want to thank our staff, sponsors, partners, the City of Indianapolis, the Garfield Park neighborhood, our artists, and volunteers for their hard work and dedication to this event. Equally, we are grateful for our frontline caregivers, community leaders, and all of the people who are helping organizations like ours through these tough times.

Live music is hurting in all forms, and we humbly ask that you consider doing what you can to help artists, venues and organizations that support live music so we can come back stronger than ever when it is safe to do so. We ask that you please support the Indiana Independent Venue Alliance with a donation or purchase a Keep Indy Live shirt to help venues and festivals across the State of Indiana:

We wish you and yours health and happiness as we all continue to navigate these uncertain times, together. We look forward to seeing you on the hill in September 2021.
